5 mins or less. Mental models, proven frameworks, and actionable strategies to help you grow & scale your coaching business.

To be able to grow and scale my business I’ve had to learn how to say “no” — a LOT.

It has not only been clutch for my growth… but also for my sanity.

So many coaches, especially those just starting out, get caught up in the "yes" whirlwind.

They think saying "yes" to everything is their golden ticket to success. But the real truth (which you already know) is that:

👉 Every commitment you make that’s not in sync with your vision is robbing you of the energy, time, and resources you could be pouring into your true goals.

Also, sometimes you’re just not feeling it… and that’s a-ok, too.

We’re talking about everything from:

  • A prospect who is asking for a special discount

  • A client who wants a session outside of your set working hours

  • Someone who wants you to promote a product as a big “favor”

  • A friend asks you for a ride to the airport

  • That innocent ask from your mom to walk her dog during prime work hours

… And the list goes on.

And EVEN though we know we should say “no” more often — we still end up saying “yes” more than we want to.

Every time this happens?

It's a fast track to burnout, blurred boundaries, and that stabbing feeling of regret from not standing your ground. (audible sigh)

Saying “no” has never been easy for me… but today, I’m going to pull back the curtain on my 3 go-to’s that help me to stay in alignment, maintain boundaries, and grow and scale my business.

Let’s get into it!
