Mindset Shift of the Week: To Optimize — or Not?

A quick, powerful mindset tip to elevate your coaching business!

I’ve got a question for you: how many things are you trying to master right now?

Too often, we find ourselves trying to “optimize” our every weakness or strive for 100% competency in every area of our business.

But here’s what I know after more than a decade of growing my own business and helping other people grow theirs…

Not every weakness needs to be optimized to perfection.

In fact, it’s perfectly okay to acknowledge that you might not be a master in everything.

What truly matters is that you’re exceptional at your strengths, and decent at the rest — because eventually, those will be areas you can either delegate… or maybe even get rid of altogether.

Being “decent” is enough to get you through your first stage of business, and when the time is right, you can delegate that technical work to someone else — or create simpler funnels that don’t require so much tech.

I get it, though…

It’s easy to get bogged down in thinking you have to do it all.

You might even get sucked into the belief that by being a master of everything, you’ll somehow outwork your competition.

The truth?
