Little Note from Aliciaā¦
Well, I made it another 6 hours of meditating yesterday!
Monday was about constantly telling my body to relax and redirecting the random thoughts that would pop into my head. There were actually a few times I wanted to get up and walk out ā but I didnāt.
Yesterday, there was a lot less of that, and I was able to go much deeper into my meditation.
This morning, I already feel a lot more grounded, connected, and focused. And even though our first meditation is a walking meditation outside at 6 am (and itās 54Ā° and raining š), I canāt wait for it. Iāll let you know how it goes tomorrow!

Getting distracted?
Procrastinating?
Complaining?
Or, literally ANYTHING you donāt want more of in your life?
