I hope you all take some time to relax and have some fun today!

First, thank you to all of our service members who fight, and have fought to protect our freedom. You are appreciated.

Second, I meditated for about 6 hours yesterday (not all at one time). It was INTENSE. It was also a little rough, but I hung in there. I’m at my second Dr. Joe Dispenza retreat this week. I’ll keep you posted on what I’m learning!
