My content manager, Wendy, just hit 1034 DAYS in a row of hitting her activity goal. That’s nearly 3 years of being consistent with her activity… no matter WHAT. How did she do it?

That’s nearly 3 years of being consistent with her activity… no matter WHAT.
She is SUCH a rockstar.
But how did she do it?
Well, if you want to start a fire, you don’t flick a lighter on and off. You’re not going to take a blowtorch to it either. You hold a flame to the kindling until it catches fire.
Results in your business, body, and bank account work the same way.
It’s all about being CONSISTENT.
It’s not starting & stopping. It’s not going hard for three weeks and burning out.
It’s the compound effect of smaller actions over time that create REAL results.
There’s a simple hack to trick your brain into reinforcing positive habits…
And Wendy tapped into its power.

Every time you check something off your to-do list, you get a little hit of dopamine.
This "feel-good" neurotransmitter not only makes you feel accomplished — but it also motivates you to do it again.
I can’t be the only one to write something down AFTER I did it, just to check it off, right?
Guilty. I actually do it all the time 🤦‍♀️
