Dodging the Hidden Dilution Trap...

While there's nothing wrong with wanting to give your clients the best, there's a hidden trap...

Mission Monday:

2 mins or less. A tiny thought or idea to help shift perspective and elevate your business and life — that doubles as a powerful message you can share with your clients to help them reach their goals.

One of the hardest lessons to learn as a coach…

Is that most of the time, subtraction beats addition.

As coaches, we're often tempted to do more, be more, offer more.

More services, more products, more posts, more emails.

And while there's nothing wrong with wanting to give your clients the best, there's a hidden trap.

👉 The trap of dilution.

I’ve fallen into this trap more times than I’d like to admit.

When we're juggling too many things, our attention gets spread thin.

Our energy gets divided. Our effectiveness, diluted.

That's where the magic of subtraction comes in.

It’s about focusing on less… but doing more of the RIGHT things.

It's about trimming away the fat and getting rid of the distractions and the “good" to make room for the "great."

Easier said than done, I know.

But it’s the same for our clients, too…

They can’t do ALL the things. But when they focus on a select few actions that move the lever — results start flooding in.

And you already understand this… because that’s exactly what you help your clients do.

So, what does this look like in action for you as a coach?
