Decision-Making Upgraded

Zoom in on this pic. It’s not what you think. At first glance, I thought they were donkeys... but they’re not...

Quick Note From Alicia…

My mind has been blown WIDE open with possibility. Last week was my second advanced meditation retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza. It was a week of transformation, healing, and creating new futures.

35 hours of meditation. 🤯 There were times it flew by — and times I stared at the inside of my meditation mask thinking about how badly I had to pee. But I kept showing up for myself. I feel more grounded, peaceful, calm, focused, filled with gratitude and love, and excited about my future.

The best part? Watching someone diagnosed with MS (who hasn’t walked in over a decade) take their first steps during a walking meditation. So inspiring. Super emotional.

I was also able to participate in three coherence meditations as a healer— and the energy in that room was like nothing else I have ever experienced.

I HIGHLY recommend any event with Dr. Joe. It’s life-changing in its purest form. If you’ve ever considered going to one of his events and have questions, I’m more than happy to help ❤️

To make the BEST decisions — the kind that we look back on and think, "Nailed it"...
